60 hour Pre-licensing course $375.00
30 hour New Affiliate course $200.00
4 hour Core Course required for all agents $20.00y other materials.
Upon successful completion of these courses please notify us so that we can facilitate your test credentials so that you can take the Tennessee Realtor's exam.
